Claude Smith This was done in acrylics . When I first started these I used different mediums to see what direction and look I wanted . This works for a up close view but from a distance in a large arena it would have been too soft .

Before photo of Don Baxter 8"x10" black and white photo. Since this was such a small photo after I scanned and sharpened one area of the photos it was grainy . The problem on this was to take out all the distraction, so I darkened and subdued the background and player on the left.
